Terms of sale

These terms apply to machines and parts ordered from The Tile Plow Co. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and shipping

Machines ship direct from the factory to the delivery address you give us. They do not ship from our location.

Lead times

Any lead time we give before an order is an estimate. The expected ship date is confirmed when the order is placed.

Freight and delivery

Freight and delivery arrangements are quoted separately for each order, based on the machine and destination.

Unloading

The buyer is responsible for unloading the machine on arrival, including providing suitable equipment and people to do it safely. Please inspect the machine on delivery and note any damage on the delivery paperwork.

Warranty

Machines are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The Tile Plow Co. does not provide a separate warranty. We will help you work through any warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Pricing

Prices are confirmed in writing at the time of order.
